BELMONT BOARD OF HEALTH ENACTMENT
On September 22, 2025 the Belmont Board of Health voted to enact amendments to the regulation entitled “Body Art Regulations.” The amended regulation is effective on October 15, 2025. The amendments to the Regulation generally do the following:
– Addition of a Limited Cosmetic Body Art Practitioner Permit
– Training and experience requirements for issuance of a Limited Cosmetic Body Art Practitioner Permit
– Comparison Chart for Training and Experience by Permit Type
