Something that I’m most proud of doing in the community is working with kids and learning about how they navigate the world. Being a part of their learning process and growth is pretty cool to see.
5. What are you passionate about?
I am very passionate about spreading awareness about Haiti, every opportunity that I get especially within school projects I focus on advocating for my country. Haiti is a country that has a really rich history behind it and many people might not have much knowledge about it. Political instability and insecurity is a major issue that the county is facing today but at the same time but I want to remind people outside of that, Haiti has so much more to show the world.
6. What words of wisdom would you like to leave for other BHS students?
Just take that 30 min to an hour nap before locking in, trust me your brain needs it sometimes.
