NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BELMONT PLANNING BOARD – CASE NO. 26-19 APPLICATION FOR SIGN SPECIAL PERMIT 115 MILL STREET Pursuant to MGL c. 40A, § 9 and Belmont Zoning Bylaw §7.4, notice is hereby given that the Belmont Planning Board will hold a remote-only public hearing on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at 7:00pm via Zoom remote meeting platform to consider the application from the McLean Hospital Corporation for a Sign Special Permit at 115 Mill Street. The application proposes to construct a standing sign, which requires a Sign Special Permit under §5.2.5.b.3 of the Zoning Bylaw. The site is located in the McLean District – Open Space Subdistrict. Materials related to this application are available for inspection at the Town Clerk’s Office and the Office of Planning & Building during regular business hours and on the Planning Board’s web page on the Town of Belmont’s website: www.belmont-ma.gov/1451/Planning-Board
