Notice is hereby given that the Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 14, 2026 at 7:00 PM by a hybrid public hearing at the Select Board Meeting Room on the first floor of the Town Hall, 455 Concord Ave., Belmont, MA, and by remote access through the Zoom app. to consider the application of Belmont Hill School for a waiver from a requirement of a DSPR Approval to modify the use of an existing dwelling currently being used for school purposes as faculty residences to be used as school office space at 315 Prospect Street located in a Single Residence A (SRA) zoning district. BELMONT PLANNING BOARD

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

Pursuant to MGL Ch. 40A, Sec. 5, the Belmont Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing to discuss three sets of proposed text amendments to the Belmont Zoning Bylaws on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, starting at 7:05 pm or as soon thereafter as may be heard on the Zoom platform. The subject matter of the proposed text amendments are as follows: 1. By amending Section 1.4, Definitions and Abbreviations: by adding a new definition for Veterinary Clinic. 2. By Amending Sections 3.3, Schedule of Use Regulations, by adding a under “Business” a Veterinary Clinic use; and by adding a Section 3.6 to regulate Veterinary Clinic Use. 3. Amending Section 7.3, Design and Site Plan Review, by replacing the existing Section 7.3 with a new Section 7.3 governing the Design and Site Plan review process. 4. Establishing a new Section 5.5, Construction Management, to add provisions for construction management of larger projects. 2026 Pavement Preservation Project

The Town of Belmont Department of Public Works is requesting sealed bids for the 2026 Pavement Preservation Project for Fog Seal and Crack Seal applications at various locations in the Town of Belmont. MassDOT prequalification of contractors with the class of work – Crack Sealing, for project with an estimated value of $150,000.00 will be required. Bid Documents will be available on April 1, 2026 at 12:00PM, and may be obtained by sending email request for 2026 Pavement Preservation Bid to dpwbids@belmont-ma.gov. (allow 2 full business days for receipt) The bid will close at 10:00AM on Thursday, April 16, 2026
