PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The Belmont Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing to discuss adoption of Planning Board Rules and Regulations sections for Design and Site Plan Review and Construction Management on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, starting at 7:00 pm on the Zoom platform. Subsequent hearing sessions may be either hybrid or remote, and shall be so noticed at the prior meeting. The complete text of the proposed Rules and Regulations is available for inspection at the Town Clerk’s Office and the Office of Planning & Building during regular business hours and on the Planning Board’s web page on the Town of Belmont’s website http://www.belmont-ma.gov
