Elizabeth Allison makes a solid point in her letter published Feb. 13. We have recent examples of successful and less successful projects in Belmont (Cushing Square and Waverley). Town leaders are putting all of our hopes on a big, shiny object. That bright light is obscuring many relevant concerns that we should not ignore (traffic, parking, services, etc.)
