NOTICE OF HYBRID PUBLIC HEARING ON APPLICATION FOR AN AMENDMENT – CHANGE OR ALTERATION OF PREMISES INFORMATION TO A LIQUOR LICENSE
The Belmont Select Board, as Local Licensing Authority, will hold a public hearing on the application of Eatup LLC, d/b/a The Wellington, located at 75 Leonard St., Belmont, MA on their Application for a Change or Alteration of Premises Information. This public hearing will be held in a hybrid meeting format at the Belmont Town Hall, 455 Concord Ave., Belmont, MA and may be attended in person or virtually on Monday, April 1, 2024 at 7:40 PM. All interested parties are invited to be heard. However, if any school, church or hospital located within five hundred feet of the premises wishes to object to the issuance of this license, said objection must be in writing.
