NOTICE OF HYBRID PUBLIC HEARING ON APPLICATION FOR MULTIPLE AMENDMENTS TO A LIQUOR LICENSE
The Belmont Select Board, as Local Licensing Authority, will hold a public hearing on the application of Kashtbhanjan, Inc., dba Handy Spa, located at 243 Belmont Street, Belmont, MA on their Application for Multiple Amendments – Change of Officers/Directors/LLC Managers, Change of Stock Interest and Change of Corporate Name or DBA. This public hearing will be held in a hybrid meeting format at the Belmont Town Hall, Select Board Conference Room, First Floor, 455 Concord Avenue, Belmont, MA and may be attended in person or virtually on Monday, May 20, 2024 at 7:30 PM. All interested parties are invited to be heard. However, if any school, church or hospital located within five hundred feet of the premises wishes to object to the issuance of this license, said objection must be in writing.
