Chenery Park Complex Renovation Bid Advertisement
The Town of Belmont invites bids for the renovations to Chenery Park Complex located at 95 Washington Street, Belmont, MA.
The Project consists of cast-in-place concrete work, cast-in-place concrete pavement,
reclaimed granite walls, asphalt paving, multi-sport court paving and surfacing, athletic
equipment, playground equipment, infield surfacing, PIP and mulch playground surfacing,
drain work, planting, site drainage, irrigation, and furnishings.
Bid documents will be available starting 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 15, 2025.

Sealed bids will be received at or before 12:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 12, 2025 at the Town of Belmont Department of Public Works, 19 Moore Street, Belmont, MA 02478. Bid opening to follow.
A non-mandatory pre-bid site walk will be held on Tuesday, October 28, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. The Town of Belmont reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
