For a vegetable gardener, only picking up yard waste once in October is a real hardship.
When the first frost comes, there is a huge amount of waste. I compost all my leaves; the garden waste is 90% of what we put on the curb. In one week, I filled five garbage cans and six paper yard waste bags.
Please change this poorly planned change to our waste pickup schedule.
