NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BY THE TOWN OF BELMONT PLANNING BOARD ON APPLICATION FOR TWO SPECIAL PERMITS

Notice is hereby given that the Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 15, 2024 at 7:00 PM by a hybrid public hearing at the Art Gallery on the third floor of the Homer Building, 19 Moore Street, and by remote access through the Zoom app. to consider the application of 278 Concord Ave. LLC, Tarley Yamamoto, agent, for Two Special Permits under sections 1.5.4 C and 1.5 of the By-Law to construct an addition 278 Concord Ave. Located in a Single Residence C (SRC) zoning district.

Special Permits: 1.- The existing Gross Floor Area is 2672SF and the proposed addition is 883SF square feet or 33%%. The expansion is allowed by a Special Permit Granted by the Planning Board. 2.-The existing and proposed rear setback is 24.8’.

Somerset Street Drain Extension

Furnish & install approximately 700lf of drain pipe and fittings. Work shall include excavation, trenching, pipe installation, backfill, and pavement replacement. Email all questions to wchouinard@belmont-ma.gov Bids will be accepted as either electronic or physical bids. All physical bids to be dropped off at the DPW office at 19 Moore Street.
