The Belmont Public Library held a kickoff party for its summer reading program on Friday.
Funded by the Friends of the Belmont Public Library, the summer reading program encourages kids of all ages to enjoy reading. According to the library website, “This year, we’re celebrating all the ways that libraries grow imagination, curiosity, and knowledge. As a farm feeds a community, libraries nourish our minds.”
