Leonard Street was a hive of activity on Saturday, May 16 as thousands flocked to Belmont Center for Town Day.
The weather was letter-perfect, with blue skies and warm, springtime temperatures. The crowd was welcomed by more than 100 booths, featuring everything from local political hopefuls to banks, food pantries, and businesses. The end of the street near the fire station was crowded with midway rides, and there was food of every type.
The annual event is hosted by the Belmont Center Business Association and sponsored by Watertown Savings Bank.
