BELMONT PUBLIC SCHOOLS 644 Pleasant Street Belmont, Massachusetts 02478 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Notice is hereby given in accordance with the provisions of General Laws of Massachusetts and any amendments thereof, that bids for furnishing the following supplies/services for July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027 to any or all public schools and other Town departments located in Belmont, Massachusetts, shall be filed in the School Administration Building, Attn: Business Office, 644 Pleasant Street, Belmont, Massachusetts 02478, on or before 10:00 a.m. (EST) July 31, 2026 and will be opened at that time at the School Administration Building: 1. Art Supplies and Materials IFB 20262717778 2. Athletic Supplies and Materials IFB 202627222555 3. Physical Education Supplies and Materials IFB 20262749996 4. Musical Instrument Rentals IFB 2026277777199 Specifications for the above supplies/services bids are available beginning on July 17 by emailing clocke@belmontschools.net. To be considered, all bids must be sealed, plainly marked, and sent to the Belmont Public Schools, Business Office, 644 Pleasant Street, Belmont, MA 02478. Bids must be received no later than by 10:00 a.m. (EST) July 31, 2026 at which time they will be opened. No bid documents may be emailed. Any bids sent electronically will not be considered. The Belmont Public Schools reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in part or in whole, waive any minor informalities, or to take any action that is in the best interest of the Belmont Public Schools.
