Police are investigating a report of an incident in the Rock Meadow parking lot, near the Community Gardens off Mill Street, that allegedly involved a nude male who may have been engaging in a sexual act in public.
The caller reported the incident just before midnight on Thursday, Aug. 27, according to Belmont Police Lt. Paul Cowing.
While the investigation continues, patrol officers will be providing “extra attention” to the Rock Meadow area, according to a Belmont Police Department press release.
Police believe the incident may be related to other reports of suspicious behavior in the Rock Meadow area.
