Pursuant to MGL c. 40A, § 9 and the Belmont Zoning Bylaws §7.4, notice is hereby given that the Belmont Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at 7:00 pm in the Select Board Meeting Room, 445 Concord Ave, Belmont, MA and by remote access via Zoom to consider the application from Tom and Sarah Caputo for a Special Permit at 63 Richmond Road. The application proposes a greater than 700 sq. ft. addition to a pre-existing nonconforming building, which requires a Special Permit under Zoning Bylaw §1.5.4.B.2.b in the Single Residence B zoning district.
