Belmont is fortunate to have Will Brownsberger for our state Senator. Will is universally respected for his leadership; he is super smart, hardworking, as transparent and responsive as they come, and he delivers huge benefits to Belmont. Those are only some of the reasons to vote for Will on Sept. 1.
His efforts have been transformative for Belmont and the entire state. Justice reform has decriminalized minor offenses, reformed bail reduces unnecessary incarceration, and he’s made it easier for people to get back on their feet. Police reform after George Floyd brought POST (Peace Officer Standards and Training). He has been instrumental in housing policy. He brought in state money for the CO2 refrigeration that has made the new Belmont rink one of the most environmentally friendly rinks in the country. There’s a lot more because he’s always had the energy, principles, and courage to take on any number of issues in the State House.
I respect his opponent’s ambition but he needs experience that only comes from starting out in a lower office. Your first elected position should not be senator. Will got to where he is for all the right reasons. He continues to earn our trust every day. Please help re-elect Will.
