A win of only 35 votes should send a message to Sen. Will Brownsberger.
As Sen. Brownsberger’s challenger Daniel Lander expressed, after the vote recount, and as
reported in The Belmont Voice, “Despite the establishment’s best efforts, this campaign won three of the four communities of this district,” adding, “After being outspent two to one, our grassroots coalition made clear this district is hungry for change.’”
I do hope Senator Brownsberger takes to heart that half his constituency in this election indicated a desire for a change from business as usual at the State House, and more attention to relief from burdensome taxes and costs that punish seniors and youth alike.
