Over the past decade, pharmacist/owner Robert Pavlan has more than delivered on his promise of providing customers with the kind of individual attention the big chains aren’t equipped to offer.
Bob isn’t juggling multiple stores; he runs just one pharmacy and gives it everything he’s got. When I call, I can usually get Bob or a member of the pharmacy staff to talk to me in under a minute, and when I show up, the lines are usually short. In my experience, Bob and his staff always go the extra mile for loyal customers, and I only have to walk a tenth of a mile to get there. If you live near Cushing Square and you’re looking for a pharmacy with superb service, give it a try.
