My family and I live two blocks away from Belmont Center. We moved over from Payson Park in 2021 and were so excited to move to a part of town where we could easily walk around to reach restaurants, shops and not need to hop in the car.
Our children love walking up to the toy store, ice cream shop and we love getting a babysitter and walking up to restaurants in town on the rare occasion we can have a date night. We are excited to see rezoning happen to make the Center even more vibrant and give us more to do and see.
The reason we moved to Belmont was its public transit and proximity to the city. We love that we don’t need a car every day to live here and are excited to see the town build up more of a center where we can hang out on a regular basis.
