I would like to publicly thank Belmont Light for the exceptional customer service I received on July 3. After consulting with an electrician who concluded my issue was with the power coming into my house and not from within, I called Belmont Light for assistance. I was quickly connected to a supervisor who listened carefully and immediately sent out a lineman to investigate. Two employees arrived within 15 minutes and were extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. The issue was attended to, and full power was restored to my home during that visit. Having moved here within the past few years from NY, this was my first experience dealing one one-on-one with Belmont Light, and it was significantly better than any I have ever had dealing with a utility giant. How fortunate we are in Belmont to have a community utility company able to give such personal service so quickly and efficiently! Thank you Belmont Light!
